Polish with Radek aims to use the natural approach to language learning, a method developed in the 1980s by Stephen Krashen, a linguistics professor at the University of California.
This method advocates for studying foreign languages the way we learn our native tongue – simply being exposed to the language, without consciously learning the theory, doing grammar exercises or memorizing vocabulary. According to Krashen, input (what we hear or read) is the key to fluency, but only when it’s comprehensible (we must understand it). Polish with Radek addresses both these premises.
